This book is about 2 best friends who found comfort in each other as they connected through the loss of a father. They were the type of bffs that went to each other's house for Sunday dinners, movie nights, sleepovers, the friendship where it's the two of them against the whole wide world. But as Daniella Daisy Maria watched those rom coms on Levi Codwell’s couch all she ever wished for was love. The type that sweeps you off your feet and takes your breath away every time you see your loved one, the type of love that shouldn't happen when you see your childhood best friend. But it did. And she told him. She hasn't seen him for 4 years since then.

𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, is the type of girl hoping to find love that makes her heart rate race as if she's the main character of a romcom. She is the girl that wears overalls even though she is a fashion designer, adorable earrings, and treasures strawberry shortcake and flowers. Daisy is the type of person that's sweet and kind from the bottom of her heart. She’s the ray of light everyone needs in their life. This girl deserves all the love her heart can hold and seeing her grow from a girl with self-doubt and insecurity to a confident woman, like a beautiful daisy in the garden, makes me feel so so proud. 🌼

𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥, hold up. Let me go gather my words even though words aren't enough to describe this perfection. I need a Levi Codwell in my life right this instant. He is the most caring soul to his sisters and stepped into the father role with such braveness. He writes French love poems. Uh huh, ya, you heard it right!! He remembers Every. Single. Detail. about Daisy even after 4 FREAKING YEARS!!! Oh, and he just casually happens to be a TA who wears glasses, blushes, and teaches Jane Austen. He is the most compassionate, caring, sweetest, kindest, gorgeous soul to ever exist and I'm swooning 🫶🏼

𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, one word. ATE! Daisy’s little trio friend group lets ignore the fact that I forgot all the side characters names are so precious omg! They were there right beside her throughout the whole process, comforting her, taking care of her and running to her 5 mins after a phone call <33 they're literally the BEST!! Daisy’s fashion group were so hilarious the way they swooned and fanned their selves every time Levi stepped in the room was so REAL ! like girl I get it, I get it <33 Daisy’s fashion mentor…how about you go kill yourself…respectfully speaking...this man did not have an ounce of confidence in Daisy’s work and was the most unsupportive bastard ever…and don't even get me started on the other stuff he tried to do. At Least he got Levi calling daisy baby while comforting her - I'm head over heels for this man I know. 🌹

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, Dani and Levi’s story was so heartwarming to read, I actually finished it in one sitting. I swear I was giggling like a little girl because it was so ADORABLE!! Their romance was the cutest thing I've ever seen. I literally cannot move on. I love how they have nicknames for each other (Daisy & Vi) like hello?!?! That's so CUTE OML HELP!! The little twists and turns in the plots made me feel so much, the way Liana Cincotti wrote about every little thing made my heart twist and scream. They’re going to live rent free in my mind, heart and soul forever. 💐
